Top 15 Healthcare Stocks Right Now, Ranked by Marvin Scores
Marvin's rules picked 15 Healthcare stocks, led by BioCryst, Nutex Health and Rigel. Each one scores highly against companies in its own industry. The list mixes biotech, devices, care providers and drug makers.
Healthcare covers many kinds of businesses: drug developers, medical device makers, hospitals and care providers, labs, insurers and health technology firms. This list of 15 stocks, updated as of October 2026, draws from several of those areas. Each company is ranked by Marvin's scores, not by its size or its fame.
The profiles differ a lot. Some companies here earn solid operating profits and generate cash. Others are growing fast but still post negative margins, which is common among drug developers. Check each company's caution note, because a high score does not mean every figure looks good.
Scores describe how a company compares with others in its own industry today. They are not predictions, and they are not advice to buy or sell anything. Treat the list as a starting point for your own research.
The list
How Marvin ranked these stocks
Marvin included companies above a minimum size threshold and ranked them by Marvin scores. Each score runs on a scale from low to high and is measured relative to the company's own industry, so a device maker is compared with other device makers and a biotech with other biotechs. The Healthcare list is sorted with the highest Overall score first, and no more than four stocks from any one industry are included.
Companies above about $300 million in size, ranked by Marvin scores (0-100, relative to each company's own industry). The Healthcare sector, highest Overall score first; at most 4 per industry.

Common questions
What does the Overall score mean?
The Overall score is Marvin's summary of how a company compares with other companies in its own industry today. It draws on the Quality and Opportunity scores. It describes a comparison, not a forecast, and it is not a recommendation.
Why do some of these companies have negative margins?
Many drug developers spend heavily on research before their products bring in steady revenue, so their operating or free cash flow margins can be negative even while sales grow quickly. A negative margin means the company spent more than it earned in that measure over the period.
Does a high score mean a stock is a good buy?
No. The scores only show how a company stacks up against industry peers on measures such as growth, profitability and debt. They say nothing about future price moves. Read each company's cautions and do your own research before making any decision.
