Top 15 Fastest-Growing Profitable Real Estate Companies
Marvin's rules found 15 profitable Real Estate companies, mostly REITs, ranked by last-fiscal-year revenue growth. Uniti Group grew fastest, followed by CareTrust REIT and The St. Joe Company. Scores and margins vary a lot across the list.
This list shows 15 profitable Real Estate companies, ordered by how fast their revenue grew in the last fiscal year. Marvin's rules picked and ranked them, so the order reflects growth and nothing else. It is not a quality ranking.
Most names are real estate investment trusts (REITs), which are companies that own or finance property. A few are real estate services or development businesses. Each of them has to clear a minimum Marvin Overall score, so all of them look reasonably sound next to companies in their own industry.
Fast growth is only one piece of the picture. Check each company's margins, debt and quality score too. Some names here grow quickly but show thin margins or heavy debt, and some figures are missing, so read each blurb's caution before drawing conclusions.

How Marvin ranked these stocks
Marvin included companies above about $300 million in size from the Real Estate sector that are profitable and have an Overall score above a minimum cutoff, allowing at most four per industry. They are ranked by revenue growth in the last fiscal year, fastest first. Marvin scores run from 0 to 100 and compare each company only with others in its own industry, so a score in one industry is not directly comparable with a score in another.

Common questions
What is a REIT?
A REIT, or real estate investment trust, is a company that owns or finances income-producing property. Most companies on this list are REITs, spread across areas such as healthcare facilities, offices, retail and industrial property.
Does fast revenue growth mean a company is a better choice?
Not necessarily. Revenue growth shows how quickly sales rose in one fiscal year, but it says nothing about margins, debt or whether the pace will continue. That is why this article also shows margins, debt and Marvin's scores.
What do Marvin's scores mean?
Marvin's Overall, quality and opportunity scores run from 0 to 100 and compare a company with others in its own industry today. They are descriptive, not predictions, and a score in one industry is not directly comparable with a score in another.
