What this is

Marvin Stock Watch is a personal stock watchlist tool: it lets you track companies, see fundamentals and technicals, and keep notes, ratings, and price targets. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping access to your account (your email inbox, or the Google account you signed in with) secure.
Don't use the app for anything illegal, or try to abuse, scrape, or overload it.
We can suspend or remove an account that's being used abusively.

Data accuracy

Market data comes from third-party providers (Finnhub, Financial Modeling Prep) and can be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally wrong — especially for less common tickers. We don't guarantee accuracy, and you shouldn't rely on this app as your only source before making a financial decision.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is," with no warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any loss — financial or otherwise — arising from your use of this app, including decisions made based on information it shows you.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the update.
